LSI Media is a minority-owned digital media firm and business consultancy based in Leesburg, Virginia. Founded in 2012 by Idris and Sabine Grant, we bring more than 25 years of combined experience across program and project management, business process analysis and improvement, enterprise modernization, and full-service digital media (websites, AI automation, social media marketing, graphic design, video production, and accessibility services).
We work with nonprofits, commercial enterprises, and small to medium businesses across the United States, with additional service to government and public-sector clients.
Our Story
LSI Media started with a frustration. As technology and program management professionals, Idris and Sabine Grant kept running into web developers who took too long to respond, missed the mark on the work, and disappeared when projects got hard. They decided to build the firm they wished they could hire.
What began in 2012 as a digital media agency grew into something broader. The same discipline that produced websites, brand systems, and video campaigns turned out to apply just as well to government program and project management, business process analysis and improvement, and enterprise modernization. Today LSI Media operates in both lanes, with Idris leading on consulting, technology, and operations, and Sabine leading on creative direction, content strategy, and client experience.

Idris Grant | Chief Executive Officer
Idris Grant is the co-founder and CEO of LSI Media. His background spans IT cloud services, government program and project management, business consulting, and enterprise modernization. At LSI Media he leads on technology strategy, federal program engagements, and operations.
Sabine Grant | Chief Operating Officer
Sabine Grant is co-founder and COO of LSI Media. She leads creative direction, brand systems, social media strategy, video production, and graphic design, and serves as a project manager on consulting engagements. Sabine has spoken at the Harry F. Byrd, Jr. School of Business at Shenandoah University on the role of social media in modern business.
