Does my company need to be on every social media platform?
If they answer “yes” or something similar like, “yes, we can do that,” then it’s time to walk out the door. Even Forbes 500 companies don’t need to be on all social media platforms. It really depends on the type of company, the company goals, the product or service, and how important customer service is for sales and profits.

A legit and honest social media agency will never be afraid to give you their customer list, and even proud to do so. Check out a few at random and look at their social media accounts. If you can get in touch with them, ask their honest opinion about the social media firm.
