The following are the key functional objectives:
Description:
Government personnel require training on how to work inside Adobe PDF digital documents to affect future leveraging of these digital forms as the Air Force delivers Total Force human resource automated on-line solutions. Team Excellus shall provide training to Air Force personnel (Air Reserve Personnel Center, Directorate of Future Operations & Integration; AFRPC/DPX) on how to configure the digital forms and how the digital forms can gather data elements (to include digital signatures/ (public key infrastructure) PKI certificates) from a stored location (i.e. MS SQL data table) to be transposed on the Adobe digital form. In addition to providing Digital signature enablement support, Team CommunityForce will provide support services to ARPC systems administration team for optimum configuration of their AEM servers. AEM Support needs to be provided so that all needs that are addressable by the AEM software can be configured to meet the needs of this initiative.
With continued improvements in document management and customer service as key mandates, a proprietary software system was being retired by the USAF, creating an immediate imperative: To prevent work stoppage to missions critical to national security, the AF needed a way to convert the 4,700 forms (12,500 pages) to Adobe PDF – all within 18 months.
